This half of the year is all about creation, making, manifesting and harvesting. The four candles in this range are a collection of fresh, light, floral and summery scents.
We have only two points in the calendar year holding equal hours of light and dark, Spring Equinox (Ostara) and Autumn Equinox (Mabon). From Ostara onwards the duration of daylight becomes increasingly longer than the darkness, peaking its light at Summer Solstice (Litha) until returning to equal light and dark at Mabon. From Mabon onwards the duration of dark holds dominance over the light, peaking its hours of darkness at Winter Solstice (Yule) before returning back to balance again at Ostara.
